All quotes given are base prices and may change based on stylist, amount of product(s) used, and length of appointment.
A credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. Because your appointment is a commitment of your professional's time, you will be charged for services cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice. (100% of your service will be billed if we do not receive a courtesy call and/or you do not show, and 50% will be billed with a courtesy call.)
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but reserve the right to reschedule appointments more than 10-minutes late.
Pre-booking before you leave the salon is strongly recommended to ensure you will have the time/date you want for your next appointment.
You may exchange a product (within 7 days) for an alterante product or merchandise credit. No refunds will be issued.
Gift card sales are non-refundable and gift cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Please store your gift card in a secure location.
